The NHS needs more nurses because some patients are waiting for treatment for hours if they’re in a hospital. Some people are fed up of waiting for a nurse to see them. We need more nurses so we should send out a letter to the country to persuade them to go and help out during the day and some of the nurses should do longer night shifts than others to make sure that the patients have the treatment that they need. An outpatient is someone who is not actually in the hospital they go just go for things like blood tests and check ups and yet again they have to wait for hours to be seen. Sometimes the NHS let people down like cancelling there appointment and booking it for the next day. We need to pay more of our taxes so that there is more staff on the wards and waiting times will be cut.
