Curiosity Corner Competition no.28

Last week, we asked you to be curious about what fake news is and why it is made. This question from BNCFan1000 at North Beckton Primary School was great because it immediately looked at why fake news has become an issue. This issue, we’ll be asking expert contributors to answer your curiosity corner questions so don’t forget to check those posts for an answer!

Why do people do fake news just for money or to get something they want which is blasphemous ? I mean money or to get something you want isn’t the end of the of the world. Also, you can notice fake news by seeing ridiculous headlines by being sceptical, quoting numbers without sources so they can’t prove it and has it gone viral by the way people share news which isn’t neglective.

Everyone is talking about fake news so why do people create fake news just to get other people for their attention which will cause blasphemous chaos, to get money or both when they know it is wrong but still do it. I mean money, to get something you want which is bad or both it will not be the end of the world. Firstly, why is fake news popular? The answer is that it may use more descriptive or persuasive language which will be easier than writing a real report because the freedom of the creativity you can use can run wild. Furthermore, people who make fake news are dishonest and are willing to deceive the public. Secondly, I will give tips of how to notice fake news. Naturally, the easyest and the most sufficent way [because it the most obvious] is ridiculous headlines by being sceptical. The second way, which is logical, you have to actually read the news as it is when the fake news reporter quotes numbers without sources otherwise how can you prove it. Last but not least it has it gone viral question. It may seem abnormal and complicated but you can find it by reading within the lines and being neglective whilst reading any type of news. Also, there are different types of fake [not real] news. For an example there is a type of news that when you go on it’s website and start clicking on it, the people who created this untrue news will get money, there is political news which is a much more serious than the type I introduced to you because they make something bad up about any politician they like [it can be more than one], some do both and there is funny news which is a bit of a grey part. Fake news can cause a collosal catastrophe to the world or Earth depending on how you want to say it. Democracy can effect fake news a lot and can be very vital to stop fake news. I hope you enjoyed reading my descriptive extract and that you will understand fake news avast amount compared to before.

Ps. Report fake news, use my tips because they can be extremely useful and if you know it is FAKE NEWS DO NOT EVEN DARE READ IT!!!
