Final Piece: The Future of Gender Equality

Click the link to be able to see my poster.

  • I think that gender equality in 2018 has improved massively as there is no longer specific job reserved for women or men. Due to the movements and support gender equality is developing. In 46 countries, women now hold more than 30 per cent of seats in national parliament in at least one chamber but there are still some areas to work on but in the future I am sure we will be able to conquer it with everyone’s support. My art work shows this by showing the future of gender equality and different organization and movements that have helped gender equality change. I used neutral and colours  to show balance but I used bright colours  for the title and the background as a sign of hope for gender equality changes. I have learnt that women get paid less than men for doing the same job this was an  important fact to me because as a girl when I work later in the future I don’t want to be treated like this.
  • I want people to feel reassured that gender equality will be better in the future. I would call this art work The Future of Gender Equality.
  • If there is anyway you think I can improve it please don’t hesitate to comment down below.

  1. Hi sluglove, thanks for taking the time to create a Final Piece! I am looking forward to reading it, although it says I need to request access to view it. Do you know how to change the settings so we can all view your presentation? Thanks, Olivia
