We should lend money to people because if they really need it to rebuild their business again after the financial crisis then we should give them a chance. We should give them loans because if they have enough money to pay their bills but not enough to start their buisness they would also need to rent or buy where they were going to plot so then they would have to take out a loan.
"It was a couple of months after the financial crisis ended and I was working as a stocker in a shop and I was still getting over the fact my business was dragged down. I wanted to get a loan but I thought would this ever happen again? So I went to my local bank and asked for a loan and they said yes; I was thrilled. I then started my hairdressing business again and I was able to pay back the loan I took out from the bank!"
This is a reason banks should give people loans.
We shouldn't lend loans to people who haven't got enough money in general, or enough money to pay their bills or rent because they wouldn't be able to pay the loan back. You would need a decent amount of money to get a loan just like Jo.
"I had just lost my job before the financial crisis began; I didn't know what to do. I was renting my flat and it was time to pay the bills I then realised that I didn't have enough money. I thought about getting a loan so I went to the bank and I asked if they would accept me, sadly they said no as I wouldn't have enough money to pay it back. I was so anxious and I didn't know what else to do except get a job and hope that I wouldn't get into debt.
This is why people should have a job so that they can get money to give back to the banks.
