I could be vegan but I wouldn’t be happy

I could be vegan and the health benefits would be fantastic however I wouldn’t be happy.  I was born an omnivore and I still am. However the effect of my eating is horrible of course killing almost 100 animals a year is bad enough. however looking at a vegan lifestyle would be tough and full on overtime work. I know I’m grappling for straws but cut me some slack. This is entirely my view. Donald Watson was the first to coin the word vegan and veganism has been on the rise since the word go. the vegan lifestyle by thought is easier to handle and the health benefits are extraordinary and I will start listing them know. It is possible for a purely plant-based diet to provide the key nutrients for health, and it also eliminates the risk of consuming animal fats. However looking at the benefits of being vegan they fall short of my expectation. most the problems is caused by meats and so if you just limited you meat intake you would be perfectly fine. Maybe if it’s dangerous to have a high BMI and cholesterol is a real problem then,  well go ahead, go vegan.  I don’t understand the importance of being vegan except from gaining nine years of life and reduce risk of heart disease. listen I see some youngling say ” well I think I want to live up to 89 years old”  well listen I don’t want sit around immobile missing all my teeth sipping soup from a cup. nope . I want to live too 70 do some grand old job and die happily with a good family enjoying bacon and what not.

What are the benefits?

the average vegan diet is higher in vitamin C and fibre, and lower in saturated fat than one containing meat, all of which are beneficial. In addition, statistics show that vegans have a lower BMI (height-to-weight ratio) than meat eaters – in other words, they are skinnier. A diet without any meat or dairy products is likely to contain a lot less saturated fat, which is related to increased cholesterol levels and increased risk of heart disease. We also know that fat contains more calories per gram than other foods, and so vegans may consume fewer calories as a result.

Can you live a normal life of a vegan. Well in my opinion yes you can live like a omnivore and not suffer sadly just you must protest for animal rights. I’m not trying deface veganism, i’m just saying I would be unhappy if i could not eat bacon.
