Scientific research proves that becoming vegan is healthier than staying a carnivore.
Before I did our research, I believed that Veganism is actually bad for the environment and to our bodies however, I was wrong.
Due to the fact that plants cannot provide vitamin B12, Calcium nor Iron, I thought that being a meat eater was healthier – as meat can provide this. Furthermore that fact that 62% of all farming is animal farming, I thought that it would drastically harm the economy. I believed that becoming vegan meant that there would be more cows (as humans were not killing them) however we wouldn’t be breeding them either. Also that fact that rice can produce methane, deters me from becoming vegan.
HOWEVER, I was wrong. After doing research, I have discovered that Veganism (when the diet is balanced) is healthier for your body. Also it does not have as bad as an effect on the environment than people actually think. Lastly it would increase food production and storage around the world because we wouldn’t be wasting any food on animals. This could probably solve world hunger.
